Kim Welsh, originally from Imperial, Nebraska started Welsh Construction in Colorado Springs as a sole proprietor back in 1988 after working for Earth Homes in Greeley, Colorado for a short time. He started out building sunrooms and doing full scale remodels as well as the occasional ground up home build. Upon his passing in late November of 2023, his son Ryan has taken over Welsh Construction LLC and is continuing on with the family business and his dad's legacy.
